Decision of dress rehearsal a day before in the meeting led by SDO
Simri Bakhtiyar (Saharsa) A meeting of intelligent people was organized at SDO Vaishma on Friday regarding the preparations for the Independence Day celebrations. In which a detailed discussion was held regarding celebrating Independence Day with pomp and show.
Presiding over the meeting, Simri Bakhtiyarpur SDO Anisha Singh said that this time the Independence Day celebrations will be celebrated with pomp and show. For this, the timing of flag hoisting for government establishments has also been fixed.
He said that government and non-government institutions should purchase bamboo used for flag hoisting, strength of poles, new flag and rope for flag hoisting. Because it is often seen that many problems are faced at the time of flag hoisting.
He said that the most important thing is that the rope for hoisting the flag should be tied in a technical manner. So that there is no hindrance in hoisting the tricolor flag. He said that various establishments must do rehearsal for the flag hoisting a day before. He said that in case various schools take out Prabhat Pheri, the administration should make security arrangements on the roads. So that children do not face problems.
Many issues were discussed among the school heads regarding the success of the Independence Day celebrations. He also instructed the Municipal Council Officer to clean the roads and beautify them by marking the roadside with chuna on 15th August.
