In the viral screenshot, Executive Assistant Kapil Ram, posted in Navhatta zone for two years, collected one hundred rupees from a youth named Sanjay through phone on 3 November 2023 at 9 am in the name of making caste residential proof. On January 31, 2024, at 1:25 pm, one hundred rupees were recovered from a young man named Rajkumar. Two months ago, on May 11, one hundred rupees were recovered from a young man named Rajkumar. In the same month of July, at 1:22 pm, again one hundred rupees were recovered from a young man named Rajkumar.
In Navhatta zone, middlemen have become so dominant that people do not like to go to the zone office even for legitimate work. Inside and outside the zonal office and zonal court, in the Durga Sthan premises, middlemen, in the name of Munshi, woo the farmers and extort money without fear.
